Partner | Institutional Relationships & Sales Structuring
Bart oversees sales process structuring and institutional partner relationships, bringing over 25 years in Dutch real estate transactions. Before co-founding Waterford he established Sun Lane Capital and served as Executive Director at CBRE, leading the Capital Markets team. Earlier roles included Cushman & Wakefield and the M&A division of ABN AMRO Investment Banking.
Partner | Relationship Management & Deal Structuring
Ernst manages client relationships and deal structuring, with more than a decade in international machinery and equipment trading across Europe. He previously worked at Hilco, a U.S. investment firm. He studied International Business and Management Studies in Amsterdam and Chile, with a focus on financial services.
Partner | International Real Estate Development & Investment
Peter directs Waterford's international real estate transaction network, drawing on over 35 years in European property markets. He founded Waterford to concentrate on real estate development and investment, and in recent years has specialised in revitalising vacant office buildings across the Netherlands and Germany.
Partner | Business Development & Strategic Structuring
Roderik handles business development and complex transaction structuring. Over 15 years he has worked on industrial asset acquisitions involving stressed and distressed companies worldwide. He previously worked at Hilco and at boutique investment bank Kempen & Co in Amsterdam, focusing on Benelux equities.
