Bart is responsible for structuring sales processes and managing relationships with institutional partners. With over 20 years of experience in the Dutch real estate transaction market, Bart brings deep industry knowledge and strategic foresight. Before co-founding Waterford Capital Partners, he founded Sun Lane Capital and served as Executive Director at CBRE, where he led the Capital Markets Team. His earlier roles include tenures at Cushman & Wakefield and ABN AMRO Investment Banking’s M&A team.

Ernst Rost Onnes

Partner | Relationship Management & Deal Structuring

Ernst oversees client relationship management and deal structuring. With more than a decade of experience in the international trade of machinery and equipment—primarily within Europe—Ernst brings a sharp commercial acumen to complex financing arrangements. Prior to co-founding Waterford Capital Partners, he worked at Hilco, a U.S.-based investment firm. His career began after completing his International Business and Management Studies in Amsterdam and Chile, with a focus on financial services and client relationship development.

Peter van Hoepen

Partner | International Real Estate Development & Investment
Peter leads Waterford’s international network of real estate transactions. With over 30 years of experience in the European property market, he founded Waterford to focus on real estate development and investment. In recent years, Peter has specialized in reviving vacant office buildings across the Netherlands and Germany—repositioning them with functions suited to modern demands and environments. His leadership continues to drive impactful urban regeneration projects across Europe.

Roderik Huber

Partner | Business Development & Strategic Structuring
Roderik is responsible for business development and the structuring of strategic, often complex, transactions. For over 15 years, he has worked on acquisitions of industrial assets involving stressed, distressed, and insolvent companies across Europe, Asia, North and South America, and Australia. With a sharp ability to assess high-stakes situations and implement value-maximizing solutions, Roderik’s experience is central to Waterford’s international reach. Before co-founding the firm, he worked at Hilco and previously at boutique investment bank Kempen & Co in Amsterdam, focusing on Benelux equities.
